Island Marina (Riviera Dunes Way) To Riviera Dunes Island Residents Only

None

Slips dues are $1600/year, plus Property Tax added to your property, plus electric per use. Compare prices with the slips for sale or lease at the commercial Marina next door. Also note that the commercial marina yearly dues and taxes are much higher.

Slip License Transfers & Estoppel Letter

Once the Buyer and the Seller have come to an agreement, a request for an “Estoppel Letter” should be made to:
Advanced Management of Southwest Florida, Inc
. (“AMI”)
9031 Town
Center Parkway
Lakewood Ranch, Florida 34202

AMI will issue the estoppel letter along with an Assignment of Boat Slip License Agreement form that should be filled out by the Seller and Buyer and Notarized. This assignment agreement should be sent to AMI along with any back assessments due on the slip. AMI will then arrange for the President of the Homes and the President of the Riviera Dunes Master
Association to sign and notarize their document.
Once the document has been signed and copies made for the HOA, the original document will be returned to the buyer. The buyer MUST have the document recorded with the Clerk of the Circuit Court of Manatee County in Bradenton.
