The Homes of Riviera Dunes covenants and rules specifically outline the parking restrictions imposed in our community. In an effort to accommodate everyone’s needs, the community has adopted a Parking Exception Request process that allows our residents to request exceptions. A request may be submitted by completing the below hyperlink. Please note the guidelines for submission and the Rules posted below.

Parking Exceptions may only be submitted to Monday through Thursday between the hours of 8 amand 5pm EST. Please allow 48 hours for processing and approval.
Once the request is reviewed and approved – CommTow will be notified.
You will be notified by email if your request was approved or denied.
If you do not receive an email notifying you of your status (approved/denied), Do not assume you can park and not be towed
RULES AND GUIDELINES FOR COMMON AREA PARKING SPOTS AND TOWING POLICY
Clubhouse Parking spots are for residents actively using the clubhouse and amenities at that time. Anyone parking in the Clubhouse parking lot not using the amenities and or using the parking spots for secondary parking for your home is in violation of this rule and are subject to fines and or their vehicle being towed per this policy. Overnight Parking after 12:00am requires advance Board permission.
Boat Dock Common Area parking spots are for residents actively using the Boat Docks next to that dock area at that time or out on their boat which is from that dock area. Anyone parking in the Boat Dock Common Area parking lot not using the actively using the Boat Docks next to that dock area at that time and or using the parking spots for secondary parking for your home is in violation of this rule and are subject to fines and or their vehicle being towed per this policy. Overnight Parking after 12:00am requires advance Board permission.
Florida Statues’ 715.07 grants the Association the right to tow vehicles that are parked in violation of the Declaration or rules and regulations of the Association on common area private property. A regulation towing sign is posted at the entrance of the community in compliance with Florida Statutes 715. Any resident or guest in violation of the parking guidelines will be subject to having their vehicle towed at their sole expense without prior notification. Towing company information will be posted on the required Tow Company Sign. Additionally, the towing company will notify the police department and management company that a vehicle was towed.
