​ARB Request for Approval

Before beginning work on your home, including landscaping, painting, roofing, installation of outbuilding, etc. please submit this form to the Architectural Review Board (“ARB”) for approval.  Roof and exterior painting that does not change colors of the existing structure still need notification to the ARB via the Request for Architectural Approval.
​Please note this is a 2 Step Process
  1. Click on the button below to complete the Automated Form and submit upon completion.
  2. You will receive an email requesting the attachment of any drawings, sketches, plans or color chips. Please attach and reply to this email. If you do not have any attachments, please reply to this email and comment “no attachments”. You should receive this email within 30 minutes. If you do not receive it, please review your Spam Folder. The sender is arbrequest@homesofrivieradunes.onmicrosoft.com. It is critical that you reply to this email to complete the submission process.
​To protect each homeowner’s rights and property values, we require that any homeowner considering improvements to their home or property, submit a Request for Architectural Approval to the Architectural Review Board (“ARB”) PRIOR to beginning work. Receipt of county or city approvals does not constitute approval by the Association and is not approval for you to begin work. The ARB reserves the right to investigate applications and inspect material prior to processing the request. If any change is made or work is done that has NOT been approved by the association, the Board of Directors has the right to require you to REMOVE the improvements from your property and could expose you to violation fines and amenity restrictions.​
