Rules for Amenity Center Private Events

  1. Amenity Center may not be reserved for Commercial or Business Meetings
  2. Use limited to resident’s private and community events.
  3. Exercise equipment must remain in place.
  4. Amenity Center must be thoroughly cleaned after use.
  5. Deposit Check must be submitted to the Property Manager at the time of reservation.
  6. The Amenity Center Reservation deposit will be fully refunded once cleanliness and no damage have been verified.​
